Description of Issue (how you lost the items):I launched my trident because it has loyalty 3 but It did not come back I waited a while but it did not appear.
Evidence (an old screenshot/video that shows you had the items;Optional):I don't have

I tried it myself many times and wasn't able to reproduce this behavior. Provided you don't have any recent evidence, we're not able to refund your item at this time.
