Last week my name was "Formerly_ADucky" now its "ADucky"

Description of Issue: A week ago I put in a buy craft refund request as I was recommending on doing sence I never got the keys at all. I bought them last Friday and 3 days later I still had not got them, I changed my name to ADucky as it used to be and I updated the old post, but almost a week later and still nothing. Im trying here in case I posted in the wrong place?
