Hello, I used to have a sponsor donor rank under the name ryanb425 before i quit for a while, but when my account transfered to a microsoft account i had change my name to roon4kt which i think might be the reason I no longer have the rank due to a new name, but its still the same account so i was wondering if there was a way you could look into it, see if you can trace back the purchase for proof if need be, if it is a possibility and I need to provide anymore info please contact me, i wont hesitate to provide. Thank You.
