Description of what happened: mrbobski was tped into my claim and he killed me and stole 1 of my villagers 

so it's claimkilling and griefing claims and im not sure if this isn't gmc abuse

where's the part where he stole your villager, it could've easily been a decoy villager to piss you off (you couldn't even buy it so its not confirmed), considering your actions in the past, but number 2 is claim killing so, can't say anything about that, and he doesn't usually just tick off like that, what did you even do to piss HIM off

I'll accept the warning for pvp killing, but Taking a "villager" isn't claim griefing to be exact

Stealing, moving, interacting or changing the claim of other person without his acceptance is considered griefing.
