Description of Issue:  I was trying to move my tinkers katana from my inventory to tool forge to use quartz on it and in the middle of transition with a mouse, server crashed, when server got back up, I logged on and it was missing from my inventory and tool forge, I hope there's a way to bring it back somehow.. It was really expensive and quite a challenge to get that particular katana.
Screenshots (Optional):  Well, sadly I do not have screenshot of my katana.
