It is an offence to have duped items (such as large amounts of vote crate keys) so you were punished for rule 2.

Our rules state that if you report suspicious items, we will refrain from punishing you. 

 

If you come across boxes full of items and "it seems too good to be true" (like in this instance) it is.

You can always post questions about what you find in the wilderness in Discord to avoid further punishment
