Can't access my town

Not sure if I should add on to my other post cause this is kind of different, but I noticed that I was not the mayor of my town when I'm the only person to have ever been a part of it and the one who made it, so I tried to leave/delete the town but when I did the town didn't get deleted and now I cannot access my base. Says there are no residents part of the town, so there's definitely something up. My town's name is 'Boxes' and coords are x: -30 z: -2150.

This might be connected to the other issue of my base lagging the server but I am not sure.

My town is fine now, got access back so I guess this can be closed, not sure what changed.
