I was blown the heck up and lost my tools that had the soulbound enchant. Netherite Pick and sword with lvl 30 enchants. If possible I would really want replacement tools as I am just starting out and need the help. Here is a video for evidence.
 

P.S. : Don't pick up creepers on your noggin.
