There's something I need to craft, but one item required is banned.

I'm a big IC2 user, and I'm very close to achieving nuclear power. Problem is I need a Thermal Centrifuge to get the materials I need to get fuel rods, and one of the crafting parts needed for the machine is a Mining Laser which is a banned item. There is no bypass item I can use it it's place. Is there any way an admin could give me a mining laser to craft it or at least just give me the Thermal Centrifuge? Thanks.
