lost everything to a one shot boss randomly camping me and it just kept killing me and server reset and everything was gone is there a way i can get it back it took so long to grid for

Unfortunately this is not a valid reason for a refund request. You may only get refunded or rolledback for items that were lost due to a server issue. This was an issue where you were not well enough equipped.
