Accidently cleared inventory with /clear on 06-MAR-2023 @ around 5:00AM

Hello I accidentality cleared out my inventory by mistake using /clear, thinking it would clear the chat buffer....

Can someone please help me get my items back as I'd rather not have to start from scratch.

Sadly i have no screenshots of my inv.
