issues with logging into server

Hello, I apologize for bothering . I'm new to this platform, and my friends encouraged me to join to play with them. I downloaded this server via CurseForge, but I'm encountering some error messages (kicked whist connecting to sfl connection via vpn is not allowed ). I reached out to Dr_shuham on Discord, and we attempted to identify if it was related to my browser, windows or my internet connection. Unfortunately, we couldn't pinpoint the source of the issue, so they recommended that I seek assistance here. Your help would be greatly appreciated. By the way, I want to clarify that I do not have a VPN, and I've even disabled the Windows pre-installed VPN and i dont know how to attach image's to this post sorry .

my best guess would be that your current IP somehow got flagged as malicious and is therefore getting blocked.
assuming you dont have a static IP you could try restarting your router to get a new IP, that is hopefully is not blacklisted

(this is just a guess and speaking from personal experience with a similar system)

hi there sorry i just got home to test this after i got a support ticket on discord by username would be soffit9 if i could log on which i still cant i just restarted my pc switched wifi  and waited   im useing cursed  forage  to join
