A BIG DISASTER

I don't know what happened and I need your help.
I spent a lot of time and resources to create a 16M storage disk from the mod RebornStorage. I uploaded about 110k resources there. When I came in two hours later, I saw that the disc had disappeared (and the importer next to it was turned in the wrong direction as it was placed). What should I do and how can I get my property back? And how to get at least some response from technical support? Are you doing anything at all?
