Quarries have large radius in which they check for other towns to prevent griefing. Besides you are supposed to use quarries in mining world or deep dark instead of overworld

You were banned for rule 2 which is bug abusing, this has nothing to do with gifting of creatively influenced items. If you wanted the ring you should just spawn it in instead of spawning in all the ingredients for it and crafting in in survival to effectively get rid of the "spawned in" tag. This was a clear attempt at circumventing the restrictions of creative spawned items. I don't see anything else to discuss here.

The creative sponge can be acquired as rare reward from quests. Flux is part of gameplay and adding an easily obtainable sponge would trivialize part of the mod. Since excessive flux isn't an issue on the server I don't see a reason to add the sponge to the store.
If you are afraid of someone releasing large amounts of flux just outside of your claim, this is considered griefing and you can report it if anything like that happens

If you don't want to see messages from certain people Discord has a "block" function, if you think given user is breaking Discord's ToS please report them to Discord trust and safety team.
