Pls an Adventure Modpack would be great like Roguelike Advetures and Dungeons or an centered magic modpack would be really great but pls not an outdated modpack

Dear Support, I have a question my friend does not come more online since a month and his claim is going to be deleted. So my question is can I get permission to build on it so it doesn’t get deleted? Last time he expanded his claim and he didn't gave me permissions to build on it. I can't ask him to come again online since I can't speak or ask him to come again online and trust me on the claim. The server is on Direwolf20 1.12. I am looking forward to your answer
