The problem with joining the server

Hello, i have a problem with joining a server. when I'm entering the server i must wait about 2 minutes, and when this time is over, the disconnected button disappears and shows me ,,Connection Lost, Disconnected" When i'm playing on singleplayer, everything is okay. What can i do to join to server. I'm trying to join to Dungeons, Dragons and Space Shuttles on this ip: ddss.craftersland.net:25565. Thanks for help
