This should be in DW20 1.12 Technical Support. As per our in-game discussion, confirmed that account name of misskkendell1 prior to 9 days ago (kaylakoala) matches the trusted account name in the claim, and that no other account has held that name for several years. Restored previously held permissions to claim. Issue has been resolved.

I'm not able to fix the portal myself, but you should be able to access the End by using the command "/warp end".

Hey, You can earn more claimblocks through play at a rate of 120 claimblocks per hour, or buy them with money from vote crates. This system is set up to keep players from joining, claiming large areas instantly, and then quitting so large areas are locked up, while still allowing long-term players to claim their entire areas. Hope this helps.
