The whole server is a pvp arena. I don't know how you would work out town permissions for that though if you built.

Well I guess a world guard region with keepInventory as true could work (thats whats on skyfactory, no need to port world guard is on all modded servers which are remotely good).

im sure we can expect random Arena's are gonna be build by the players

We as staff should build some to in diffrent area's such as a desert arena, nether arena, or might even a moon arena or space arena (protected space station)

we might even can host PVP events sometimes then
