Glitches seem to be everywhere in the heavily-modded servers, often resulting in wrongfully-lost items, but there's nowhere for the victims of such to request refunds aside from the chat in the server, or some forum to which it's not relevant. It would likely also reduce the quantity of such complaints in the server chats, which would be a significant improvement, as the victims often enter fits of rage leading to rule-breaking actions when they realize the lack of immediately-available assistance.
