Time and date: 12/13/2016 0924 EDT

Description of what happened: A player was killed with a REP in the market at spawn. I did /invsee on VemundFunder to see if he had any in his inventory and I observed REPs in his hotbar. See screenshots.

I saw it happening  the red lightning from REP and death message. He also threw one on me too.
