Can't Login Due to Glitched Item in Inventory

Hi,

I'm posting this due to an issue I have been getting over the last couple of days on the SkyFactory2.5 server. I have a suspicion that it is an item in my inventory with the wrong values set therefore crashing my game.

All I ask is if someone with enough power clears my inventory whilst I'm not online.
