Passive Anchor + Mob spawner?

My Passive Anchor doesnt keep my mob spawner running when im not around. Any idea how i could keep it running? Only MFR ChunkLoader?

Tried the  MFR ChunkLoade... not even that works :/ im only 3 chunks away :/

Hmm, I don't really know, any staff knows more?

Maybe the plugin betterchunkloader by kainomood would work, other than that, maybe it is some setting, or mob spawners have to be within two chunks of player.
