Can't connect to the server

I was on the server before the restart however the restart was delayed. It counted down but didn't actually restart until about 5-10 minutes later. When I went to rejoin, I just keep getting 'Error occurred while contacting login servers, are they down?' The login servers aren't down and I've pretty much done everything on my end but I still get that message whenever I try to join.

We are currently experiencing difficulties with premium player logins. It is suspected to be a plugin error.
