I had automated processor maker connected to my ME network. when I broke it with my Yeta Wrench all items dropped on the floor but within second many of them just disappeared.

Following items was lost:

• 4x Inscriber
• 5x Item Conduit
• 4x Enchanced Energy Conduit
• 1x Tesseract
• 7x Basic Item Filter
• Inscriber Calculation, Logic, Silicon and Engineering Press

Is it possible to get my items back? My in game name is "Ryxwaer"
