Description of Issue: There is a Eldrich Altar there (well was). It is partly in my town, but not fully to make sure it would still spawn units and that other people might be able to use it. Now the altar got stolen and I would like it back..

You can still claim something and have it spawn mobs.

/town select <name>

/town perm set mobs true

You can also play around with /town plot and region off a smaller area of your town to allow for mobs to spawn, whilst the rest is mobs false.

Am I getting the rollback or not? It's not clear. 

I am not that into the town mod, will look into later

To expand on Henk's point, you can also make a plot in your town to specify a specific chunk(s) where mobs can spawn, Burny does rollbacks and has a very busy schedule, you have to wait for him to decide.

How long will that take, because I wouldn't be able to do anything during that time right?

Brunyman does rollbacks on Mondays and Fridays, he already did today's maintenance work so you'll most likely have to wait until friday
