No Claim Blocks

Hello,

I am having a problem with the number of claim blocks that I currently have on the server. I have a max of 20 right now but it should be 160.   I also never got any legendary or normal crate keys and I never got the $10,000 which im sure you give out each time you reset the server because I lost everything from before?

I also want to note that I am premium + , not VIP like it suggests.

VIP is just the name of the donator rank on our forum, we don't have one rank for every donator rank.
