LOST PLAYER DATA

So i just changed my name from deano9652147 to LieutenantKush and ive logged back on and all my player data is gone, as in i no longer own my town, my sethome is no just spawn etc, please help!

Hi, in minecraft 1.6.4, players data is saved on players name as UUID's were added in minecraft 1.7.10, so if you change your name the server will see you as a new player. 

With your permission i can transfer your data from old name to new.
