Restart is messed up

Restart is happening after 15-20 minutes and its aweful i dont think any one would like to be on a server that restarts so much

Hi, server will restart sooner if the server is lagging for some time. We will look into the lag source

Mafo_ trying to look for the lag source and found multiple possibilities and experimented with them ON and OFF. (good guy) anyways is there no like lag o meter xD
