Problem with my login on no premium account

I tryed to logging at mi account on minecraft no premium and i don't remember my password, how can i change it? :/

If you want to reset your password make a post in Password resets and follow the template. 
Make sure you don't enter the account while you are banned. because the ban will be extended, like it's not long enough.
