I was minding my own bussiness on the infinity evolved server and just accepted a /tpa from another player who was going to help me, when the server disconnected me with the text "a fatal error has occured, this connection has been terminated" it pops up every time i try to re-join the server, i have tried closing down minecraft and restarting my computer, but it still happens, how do i fix this?

same problems, something wrong with hosting i think.

This is a modpack bug, there is a mob grinder on the server that causes this error.
