Missing Chuncks

Alright so Usually I dont have many problems using Tekkit even though I am like brand new to the game but occasionally I will have missing blocks when I am trecking around looking for caves and these missing blocks allow me to see through the floor and such (Which I think is kind of cheap). But it happened to spawn for the first time last night and its an easy fix just teleport somewhere else then /back but is there a way I can get rid of this bug as it is rather annoying because there are some invisible Items I hit within that section of missing chuncks

These matters are quite common in modpacks due the larger amount of ores and items to render. This is a minecraft issue, we cannot fix this sadly. Only way to fix this is to relog...
