Suggestion for banned builder, if possible

If possible, make the builder only usable (in the overworld) in your claimed chunks (and make the area not unclaimable to prevent abuse).

I suggest this because the builder is so darn handy at leveling areas for building purposes.

Problem is even if you put in your chunk, your builder can quarry beyond your claimed area. I don't think Grief Prevention has function that makes it unclaimable if there is certain block in your claim.

They are good for flattering uneven terrains, but not everyone uses it for that purpose. I think Staff of Power and Null charm can do the same. It just might take longer(I cleaned out huge area under my base like this, took 2-3 hours).

Or... there is the other option. Ban the quarry/pump cards and let only the shape one available so you can build stuffs.

nope, still griefing, because you can build someting breaking on another claimed person, example build someting can break, autominer?
