RfTools Dimension ID 2768 cause lag for entire server

The dimension ID 2768 is causing lag for entire server with the tps (0.66 at this moment). Right now if any staff see this please online and do something with that dimension

p/s: I think cosmo2401 is the one cause this lag, because when the lag occur all players except him talk on the channel and someone think somebody is making the nether ore dimension and mine it with ender quarry without silk touch upgrade
