I Would like to complain about the general attitude of this staff member and the rude way they treat your members. 
I pay to support this server with my time and my money, I do not expect to be treat with contempt and condescension by your staff. 

There have been several incidents with this individual from myself and others. I don't expect staff to bend over backwards but a certain amount of civility and common decency should not be to much to ask for. 
I have asked this person several questions and each time gone away feeling disgusted.

Today I asked why my quantum quarry had been deleted. To initially no response so I asked again to be told no staff member would do it. That was the entirety of his so called assistance with finding out why my quarry had been broken. I still have no clue who broke it or why and no offer of help. 
I asked if the ender lilly config had been altered to slow the growth rate on the server and was told its the tps. 

I understand its hard finding competent and trustworthy staff but I think there needs to be a certain set of standards unless you are happy for your staff to drive away paying customers? 
This is after all a business model isnt it?
