Description of Issue: I put the sigil in my ME system that is constantly lagging in some way that makes it think certain things didn't happen (i.e. i'll take out cobble and get double that cobble because the cobble I took is back in the ME and my invi or I'll put something like the sigil in and when I come back it's gone as if I never put it in but it's not in my invi because I did put it in thus it deletes items)
