Item Loss in Server Crash

The server crashed while I was in the spawn charging rooms and I lost a set of Power Armor Boots with an elite battery and fall assist in the energetic infuser

Hi, we can try to rollback your inventory, just tell us a date when you had that power armor in your inventory and also make sure you save your inventory items before you disconnect.

Else we can do a refund but we need to know each module on each armor piece
