Internet problem

So i got a problem and its only when i play infinity evolved , the problem is that after like 30min of playing i get kicked with an error " Internal exception: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host" and immediately after that my internet stops working and i have to restart my router to fix it and sometimes even my computer . So if anyone has an idea what it might be pls do tell .

Should be a network issue, your router or internet provider

Well i tried everything still getting kicked with the error , and its also weird because i never had this issue with other modpacks only with infinity evolved .

Have you any idea what kind of network issue it is ?

weird is that your internet stops working, not only the connection to the server

And i change almost every option in my router settings , even tried the wifi of my neighbor , no luck. 

And yesterday i reinstalled the modpack and played for an 1h , so i thought it was fixed but later when i tried to play it started doing it again . And  i cant find any fix for it .

Try disabling the firewall of the router

also post the client log when you got disconnected
