Ender Quarry Disapears often

My ender quarry disapears sometimes when the server get restart, i use my quarry in other dimensions and then when the server make restart is everything gone: quarry, tesseract, quarry speed upgrade and endermarkers. it happend the last 4 days..... why?

I refunded you some ender quarrys in your inventory, sometimes if there are rftools dims that lag the server to 5 tps we need to reset them
