Lag Producing Base and Villagers

Hi all,

 

I was flying around looking for a village when I came across a rather small base, but whenever I would get near it, my fps would drop -80%.  I'm sure it isn't a big deal, but I thought I would report it anyway.  The location is x4606, z370. 

 

Also, I noticed villagers despawn, is that a bug or a feature?  If it is a feature, are there rules surrounding villagers now?  I like having them around for aesthetics and emeralds
