Here's a list of the rules, I can't seem to find the rule where it says that you're not allowed to break someones gravestone.

The gravestone was in the wild, aka not in a protected area so it's fair game accordion to the rules.

As Zilverius posted there's nothing in the rules against it. Not saying it wasn't a dick move on his part. 

I'd suggest be more careful in the future. @EnergyTR
