Description of Issue:  well I was testing something with a creative account on my legit town normally I wouldn’t make this kind of request but I believe the time and effort that went into making that town  I believe that deserves a second chance.

If your town gets wiped after you have been found exploiting bugs, then that's it. And no, there aren't any exceptions made on the rules... there's no way of getting a rollback after that.
