Island Taken Over

Someone or something seems to have taken over my island and built over it, I cannot tp back to it. I don't know what's going on.

I was on yesterday and it was fine.

I have no idea what those green blocks are with the circles on them. 

Is there any way for a mod to revert my island back to what it was on Sunday and figure out who/what built on it on Monday?

rollback complete, i could not find those on your island and all islands settings are fine is it ok now?
