TooManyItems layout change?

I would like to ask about the TooManyItem layout, because the left side is no longer visible, where I can change the weather or something.

due to recent problems with spawn being griefed using NEI, it's been disabled.

it'll be back sometime in the near future. probably when there's a way to prevent this from happening again
