Not getting my keys

I feel like im being cheated, or something is glitched. i dont get vote or legendary keys on the server anymore. SF3 (EU host). When i bought my premium, NOPE! no keys. i dont get keys from vote parties, and its freaking me out its starting to ruin my fun and i need some help sorting this out. i know premium+ Gets creative-mode but it still kind of matters to me

I reactivated your rank so you get the keys next time you join. Don't now what happened, you can as for keys refund just let us know how much was lost.
