No saturation or food in Jails Direwolf 1.12

Server: Direwolf20 1.12

Issue: While I was having some issues, I told another staff member @akaElite to jail me. In that time I was in jail I noticed, I can speak freely in chat, If that has to be a fixed problem or not, also from testing I was losing food over time from being in jail and jumping, un-allowing me to /feed and feed myself. Just a quick bug for the upper staff to look into.
