Description of Issue:I was mining then I died I went back to grab my stuff (Could not /back cause accidentally put /home instead had to walk to my grave) I broke my grave I guess I lagged or something and it didn't give me any of my items from my grave.

It didn't fully work i'm missing items the only thing I really want back is my full set of nanosuit armor and I had like 2 spawner shards from breaking cave spider spawners.
