Creative Flux Capacitor issue

Creative Flux Capacitor has an issue, where no matter what i do , i just couldnt activate it.

Item tested, seems to work as intended for me.

 

Shift+Right Click while holding the Capacitor (With it staying in your hotbar)

Then hold the item you want to charge in your hand

I also tested that in single player it workt.The capacitor started to glow, but in the server it dosnt.

I spawned one in the server yesterday and it worked like I described above. 

 

Perhaps the one you have has glitched/bugged out? 

 

I could exchange yours for a new one, or another staff member could that is mod or above (as I'm busy for most today with work but I can in about 6-8 hours myself.)

Swapped out the faulty one (tried that one myself and it didn't work indeed) for a new one.
