Wall of impassable town

At x:171, z:2113 the player IDontHackM8_ has bought a 1 chunk wide and ~20 chunk long town and made it impassable yet built nothing there. My guess is that this was a troll and the town can be removed.

town name?, i found to claim at that coordinate
