  Description of Issue CTW says to get vip to have some of features so i did... nope... not working so i want a refund.

Actually VIP rank on Network, especially CTW only gives you the fancy suit, VIP particules and some other stuff like enchanting table and a few more I don't really remember.

 

And yeah, it's not correctly mentioned...

 

I think there is no way for refunding the money back but it should be possible the rank to be transfered.
