Description of the situation : Im in a town with Always_ein and i found his "Energy" maker that is infnit energy block and tesseracts. im making a complaint against him because he is using creative items to his advantage

i dont want him to be banned i want him to be punished for what he has done and learn him a lesson.

i have Premium but not premium+ i dont have any access to creative items

Nothing has been done to the player. Power was placed in own town but not actually used for anything.

 

For future reference, creative players are allowed to use creative as long as they don't use them to influence items for trading/selling to players that are not in their town.
